The Cross Examination of Marilyn Gabriel

The court case brought by Marilyn Gabriel against the Kwantlen people will be decided on October 4th and 5th. As part of the court case, Marilyn was brought in for cross examination. This is where the lawyers for the 2023 Councillors can question her on her affidavit. Other than the 2019 interview, this is maybe the first time Marilyn has been required by law to explain her views on our governance.
